Return and Refund Policy.

At Les Cuirs Desrochers, we place great importance on the quality of our products and your satisfaction. If your purchase does not fully satisfy you, we are here to help.

1. Return deadlines

You have a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return or exchange. After this period, we unfortunately will no longer be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:


  • Be in its original condition (unworn, unused, unwashed).


  • Show no signs of handling (scratches on the leather, stretch marks, odors of perfume or smoke).


  • Be accompanied by its original packaging and all its labels.


  • Include a proof of purchase or a copy of the invoice.


  • Liquid products, such as dyes, glues, and cleaning products, are not eligible for exchange or refund if the product is opened or partially used.


Products such as dyes, glues, and cleaning products cannot be refunded or exchanged if the container is opened and if the request exceeds 30 days following the purchase.

Exceptions: Sale items (last chance) or custom orders (engraving, made-to-measure adjustments) are final sales and cannot be returned. As well as gift cards.

3. Return Procedure

To initiate a return process, please follow these steps:

  • Send an email to commande@cuirsdesrochers.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  • Once the request is approved, you will receive the shipping instructions.
  • Carefully pack the item to avoid any damage during transport (leather is a noble material that requires adequate protection).

4. Shipping fees

  • Defective items or order errors from our side: Return shipping costs are entirely our responsibility.
  • Change of mind or incorrect size: The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The initial shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Refunds

Once the item is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email to confirm receipt. If the return is approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

6. Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or model, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order in our store.

Note on leather: Leather is a natural material. Slight color variations or natural scars on the skin are not considered defects, but rather a guarantee of authenticity and unique quality.
