Instructions:
 Shake or mix well before use. Ensure both surfaces are clean, dry, and free of dust or particles. Apply evenly to both surfaces and allow to dry. Once the adhesive is tacky and the drying time has elapsed, press down with a weight for 1 to 2 minutes. Refer to the package insert for optimal drying time, as well as additional safety and application information. TF All-Purpose Cement. Toluene-free. Water-resistant. Easy to spread. Superior flexible bond. Drying time: 10 to 15 minutes. Open time: up to 4 hours.​
