In order to provide you with the best possible service, we pay special attention to managing your shipping costs.

Free shipping

  • We offer free shipping on all orders of $200 CAD and above (before taxes).
  • Important note: This condition of free service does not apply if you are already receiving professional discounts.

Products with restrictions or special packaging

  • Some items requiring special handling, such as flammable, fragile, or hazardous products, may be subject to a price adjustment at the time of shipping.
  • These additional fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Heavy and Bulky Items (Leathers and Textiles)

  • The leathers, skins, and technical textiles in rolls are often heavy or bulky and may require an additional shipping fee or the use of a pallet.
  • The final transportation fees will be adjusted on your final invoice.
  • If your order was paid online, a second invoice for the shipping adjustment may be issued before shipment. The buyer will be informed in advance.
